Guided tours of the Village of Omemee are available by appointment each Sunday afternoon weather permitting.
Tours are available on a pay-what-you-can basis with half the proceeds going to the Omemee Food Bank.
Tours leave Cenotaph Park at 2 p.m., and are based on the beautiful book: A Walker's Guide to Omemee-The Pigeon Town by Marlyne Heasman-Fisher, President of the Omemee and District Historical Society, available through Butternut Folk Art at 18 King Street East, Omemee. 705-799-0339
