Have You Seen This Black Dodge Dakota Truck?
Peterborough Police are seeking the public;s assistance in finding the driver of a black Doge Dakota truck,after an assault occurred earlier this week in the City of Peterborough.Police Bulletin Issued
August 14th at approximately 2:45 p.m. a male victim was riding his bicycle in the area of Bolivar and Thomas Streets. He was approached by a male in a black pick up truck and another male suspect on foot. One of the males uttered racial slurs towards the victim and proceeded to assault him on the street. The suspects fled the scene once they realized witnesses in the area called the police.
The truck was described as a black Dodge Dakota with tinted windows and no cap. No plate number was obtained, nor could the driver be seen. The male suspect on foot is described as 5'8, 40-50 years of age, European Decent,black moustache,Five o-clock shadow, wearing a white plaid shirt and a beige/grey hat.
Police are seeking the assistance of the public in attempting to identify the two suspects responsible for committing this crime.
