A lone pedestrian received serious injuries and has been transferred to Sunnybrook hospital in Toronto for further treatment. Peterborough Lakefield Police continue to investigate a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian which occurred in the early morning hours of the November 19th, 2011 on Crawford Drive near Stocker Road in Peterborough.Peterborough Lakefield Police Traffic Unit are heading up the investigation, and they are asking for the public's assistance. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or who has any information about the collision is asked to please contact them at 705-876-1122 ext.289.
