Missing Peterborough resident, Deborah Young, has been located to be safe in Winnipeg Manitoba on November 12th 2011. Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service is thanking all for assisting police in this investigation.
Peterborough Lakefield Community Police asked for the public's assistance in locating Deborah, stating they believed she might be headed for Quebec to pick up a vehicle in storage there.
