OTTAWA: Better Business Bureau recently issued press releases warning area consumers and businesses to watch out for fraudulent emails claiming to be from the Better Business Bureau.
They're at it again! Phony emails bearing the BBB name are bombarding in-boxes across Canada and the U.S. The recent attack on consumers and businesses led the FBI to issue an alert this week about the recurrent scam.
The article details which BBB email addresses are valid for our area, and gives tips to protect yourself from email fraud.
