TRAFFIC COMPLAINT PIN POINTS SUSPENDED DRIVER
(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) –A traffic complaint received by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) led to a vehicle stop that resulted in the driver facing numerous charges. On February 19, 2013 an OPP officer responded to a traffic complaint and located the vehicle on Highway 7. The officer initiated a vehicle stop and the investigation resulted in the driver being charged with three offences under the Highway Traffic Act. Brooke BEATTY, 24 years of age, of Lindsay, was charged with G1 licence class unaccompanied by a qualified driver, driving without a driver’s licence and driving while suspended.
