DARREN SPRATT ETOBOCOKE OVER LIMIT
Darren Spratt Etobicoke was found to be not only over the speed limit, but over the Blood Alcohol limit as well.
(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) –A vehicle stopped for speeding resulted in the driver being arrested for an alcohol related offence. On February 16, 2013 an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a vehicle which was being operated at 133km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Highway 115 in Cavan-Monaghan Township. During the investigation the officer determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol. As a result of the investigation Darren SPRATT, 42 years of age, of Etobicoke, was charged with driving while having more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood contrary to the Criminal Code and with speeding, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay on March 7, 2013.
