Having Phone Problems? Omemee Bell Box Open!
Bell Telephone Box Discovered Open!
How long will your phone line function? When this picture was snapped this morning, all lines seemed to be in tip top shape, though the box is located on the main street of Omemee. Just one of the joys of living in a village where everyone keeps an eye out for their neighbour. Ask yourself, would my phone be still operational if this happened in my community? Some helpful wag has scrawled in marker. Inside the box panel: 'Make sure you lock the door!'
