Peterborough Police are asking the public's assistance in locating Lexis Glover age 13.

Here are some details from the police report.

Lexis Glover Missing September 25, 2015

Lexis is missing from her Peterborough  residence and may be enroute to Toronto or Scarborough. Lexis was last seen on September 25th 2015 at 11:00 am.
 Glover is a white female, 4'11", 80 lbs, thin build, with short red hair. Glover was last seen wearing short demin shorts, white flip flops, a black mesh shirt with a bright pink bra underneath.
It is believed that Glover may attend the Toronto and Scarborough area. Glover was reported missing earlier in September and was located in Scarborough.

Peterborough Police John Lyons S/Sgt. reported Matthew ALEXANDER, 21 years missing.
Family were concerned as he has Aspergers and Tourettes.
Some media have reported Matthew has been found,therefore we have deleted his photo and information from our blog.
However, we have not yet received a reply from the Peterborough Police to our query regarding Matthew .

While we've noticed gas prices just south of Omemee, in Bethany, are often the lowest gas prices in City of Kawartha Lakes, the drop in crude oil prices is bringing welcome relief at the pumps at most Ontario gas stations. This seems to mirror the drop in gas prices across the United States, reported by Gas Buddy gas tracking app. Will the price drop even lower, level out or jump back up?

Speeding Suspended Drivers Charged

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) –
Two separate vehicle stops conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) this past weekend led to suspended drivers being charged. On January 16, 2015 an OPP officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on Highway 35 near Gray Road. Further investigation indicated that the male driver was suspended from driving. As a result of the investigation Terry RITTWAGE, 37 years of age, of Kingston was charged with speeding and driving while suspended, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). The vehicle was towed from the scene. The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on February 6, 2015.
On January 17, 2015 an OPP officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on Little Britain Road near Bush Road. Further investigation indicated that the driver was suspended from driving. As a result of the investigation Kristen SQUIRES, 34 years of age, of Aurora, was charged with speeding and driving while suspended, contrary to the HTA. The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on February 10, 2015.
