City of Kawartha Lakes Public Library introduced new free eBook and audio book downloads, and is offering free introductory e-reader workshops at most City library branches in January 2012. Although the new digital downloads can be enjoyed on most home computers,an eReader lets you take your book with you. The Library workshops provide group instruction, and an opportunity to experience several types of e-book readers. Here are the workshops for our rural area.
Residents are asked to please contact their local library branch to register for a workshop.
