Omemee Horticulture members will remember the hostess for the evening - owner / operator Dawn Golloher, who spoke on drought hardy plants in 2013. At the end of Dawn's talk, everyone wanted to visit her gardens. Here is an unique opportunity to see first hand Dawn's passion - growing easy care perennials so you can enjoy your gardens not just work in them. Dawn Golloher, nee Tack, believes people should be able to enjoy their gardens, not just work in them -thus her focus on easy care perennials. Dawn's specialty? - Hostas, Daylilies, Coneflowers and Coral Bells!

June 16 Omemee Horticultural Society Agenda

June 16th, Omemee Horticultural Society members will meet at Trinity United Church, King Street, Omemee at 6 p.m. to carpool to Gardens Plus at 136 County Road 4, Peterborough, Ontario K9L 1V6  for the 7 o’clock start. Members who are closer to the site may wish drive directly to the site. Dawn will be speaking about her gardens, the hostas and the daylilies , which will be followed by lots of time to explore the gardens as well as to do some “retail shopping”!
