Pigeon Lake Road Arrest !

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT RESULTS IN ARREST
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a traffic complaint resulting in the arrest of  vehicle driver on Pigeon Lake Road.

June 23, 2012 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP responded to a call pertaining to a vehicle being operated in an erratic manner. The officer located the vehicle and stopped it on Pigeon Lake Road in the former Emily Township.

During the investigation the officer determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol.

As a result of the investigation, Linda GIANNONE, 47 years of age, of Ajax was arrested and charged with driving while having more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood contrary to the Criminal Code.

The accused was released from custody and will appear in court August 23, 2012 in Lindsay, Ontario.
