Park Street Peterborogh Clues Sought -Can YOU Help?
Peterborough Lakefield Police are currently investigating an assault that occurred last night at approximately 1:30am on Park Street North near the railroad tracks. During the evening of July 22nd, 2012 the Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service executed a search warrant at a Park Street North residence in relation to this investigation.
A 47yr old male victim was rushed to PRHC for surgery for non-life threatening injuries. The surgery has been completed, and he is recovering from his injuries.
Several parties were involved in the altercation and the Police are encouraging anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed anything to please contact Police.
The investigation is ongoing and further information will be released on July 23rd, 2012 when available.
