From City of Kawartha Lakes PoliceWill a track meet interfere with Andrew Rourke meeting his obligation to appear when the court meets to mete out their decision in this meaty case about his theft of meat from the meat case?A Lindsay man was arrested Thursday morning after stealing $33 worth of steaks from Mr. Grocer/Valumart on Russell Street West, Lindsay. At approximately 10am, employees observed the man conceal the steaks inside a jacket pocket and leave the store. 42 year old Andrew Rourke has been charged with both theft and possession of the meat and will appear in court on October 9th.
