Have You Seen Billy?
LOST January 16th, 2017 on Sandyhook Road in Pontypool east of hwy 35 just past John Street in Pontypool area. "Billy" is a handsome male, no microchip and described as very friendly, but does not tend to come when called. He broke his long tie line when he went missing. Family are concerned that he may be caught on something and asking for people in the area to check their property, and mailbox notices will be provided to neighbours ASAP asking them to do the same.
KLAWS is assisting with the lost/found process.

KLAWS is a volunteer-driven group that strives to makes a difference in the lives of abandoned, lost/found and stray animals in the City of Kawartha Lakes and beyond. We partner with fosters, vets and local businesses to educate and provide vaccination, spay/neuter, micro-chipping and adoption services. We help lost or found animals and their humans locate each other, and assist in rescue efforts for animals that are homeless, in emergency situations or high-kill shelters. As resources allow, we try and contribute to feral colony programs including trap/spay-neuter/return. Animals are our companions and deserve to be treated with dignity, respect and love.
