Selected as the Terry Fox Ambassador a few years ago, Tessa has been selected by the Terry Fox Foundation as the Terry Fox 2016 poster star since her inspiring cancer battle has been spreading.
Tessa has been visiting schools sharing her story.
She has also worked very hard creating this video to go with her story.
