Lindsay Police Seek Your Assistance!

Police Seek Crime Clues – Can You Help?

City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service is investigating numerous cases of property crimes that occurred between November 24th and 25th, 2011. The following crimes occurred in Lindsay during this time period;

  • Business store front window was broken in the area of Kent Street and Cambridge Streets. 
  • Passenger van parked  at a Commerce Street business had four windows broken.
  • Car parked at a Durham Street housing complex was scratched with a sharp object.
  • Two IPods were stolen from a vehicle that was parked at a Hamilton Street residence.

In addition to these property crimes, the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service is investigating the theft of a beige coloured Dodge Spirit motor vehicle. The stolen vehicle was later recovered after it was located abandoned in the Bethany area.
There is no evidence to suggest that any of these crimes are related.
