Downeyville Public Library Doing Kids Free Summer Fun!
Register Now For these Fun Free Kids Summer Events!
Downeyville Public Library is located inside St Luke's School, at 335 St Luke's Road just off County Road 7 at the Four corners in Downeyville. Downeyville Library is open Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Did you know you can reserve books online, and pick them up at your local branch? Search the library online catalogue here. “Splash, Celebrate Summer” Summer Reading Club!
Downeyville Public Library will be kicking off the Summer Reading Club with a Summer Fun Craft & Storytime, Wednesday, June 15 at 5:30 p.m.Preregistration is required,
Boys and girls who join the reading club will receive a special poster, stickers, book bag and activity booklet based on the theme “Splash”. Record the books that you read, or books which are read to you, on the Log Sheet. Every time you read 3 books or have 6 books read to you, you will receive a special sticker and your name will be entered in the weekly draw. Enter the “Splash” contest at your local library and join in the online fun at the TD Summer Reading Club Website.
Downeyville Public Library has the following great Summer Fun Kids events scheduled in July and August:
- Wednesday, July 13 at 5:30 pm “Let’s Celebrate Summer”
- Wednesday, August 17 at 5:30 pm “Summer Fun”
