Omemee Man Arrested!
Stay Away Means Stay Away!
After being released on probation with orders to keep away from the place of residence of the victim of a previous domestic disturbance,where charges were laid, a 34-year-old Omemee man is facing charges in court again this morning.
Breach of Probation Arrest
Sunday, February 5th, at approximately 9:15 p.m. Peterborough Lakefield detachment officers checked a man in the of Bethune Street and Murray Street. An investigation revealed that the accused was bound by a condition to keep away from the place of residence of the victim of a previous domestic where charges were laid. As a result of the investigation a 34-year-old man from Omemee was arrested and charged with breach of probation. He was held in custody and will appear in court later today.
