THEFT OF COMMUNCATION DEVICE
Cavan Monaghan Twp., ON) – Tuesday February 5, 2013 officers from Peterborough County OPP responded to a Theft from a Moncrief Line address. Sometime since November 2012, thieves stole the victim's Dyna Vox communication device, charger and wireless modem valued at over $10,000. No sign of forced entry to the home had been reported but there had been a high volume of persons entering the home involved in its renovation as well as Therapists and Personal Support Workers assisting the victim who had suffered a severe brain trauma as a result of a motor vehicle collision in 2011. Everyone is asked to keep an eye on their neighbourhood and report suspicious persons to police. If anyone observed anything that they wish to report to Crime Stoppers or you have any information about any serious crimes, call Crime Stoppers.
