Free Phoenix Bellydancing Workshops All Day Saturday!
Phoenix Studio, New Home of Phoenix Bellydance.
Phoenix Bellydance students come from all areas surrounding Lindsay, and some, from as far as Peterborough. For Omemee and area students, it's a short commute to the studio at 17 William Street North, Lindsay. Saturday, September 17th, Phoenix Studio is hosting a fun-filled day of Free Belly Dance workshops for children,teens,and Ladies from 10 a.m. till 4:30, with a few treats around the studio in the evening for those curious to see the space. Doors are open till 8PMPhoenix Bellydance performs at a wide variety of functions in the area,including: fundraisers, private performances, and ladies night workshops; showing their support for many local organizations. The list of areas where Sarah Rudnicki has traveled to perform, is extensive. Recently, Sarah travelled to just outside of Omemee, Port Perry, and Toronto with her performances.
With over 10 classes a week, Phoenix Bellydance class times are laid out to make it possible for not only students who live in Lindsay. but those outside the town to be able to attend classes. Phoenix Studio offers Ladies day and evening classes, and two start times for children, and youth classes as well.
Phoenix Studio is the only home of middle-eastern dance in the area. With their new space, Ms. Rudnicki looks forward to sharing even more of this great dance/exercise/ art form with Kawartha Lakes residents.
