Ontario Early Years Centre Offers Fun Rural Outreach Program
The Early Learning Centre mobile van from OEYC visits Omemee Wednesday mornings from 10 a.m. till noon and sets up their toys and children’s equipment at Trinity United Church. This fully equipped child-based play centre offers parents, grandparents and caregivers an opportunity to escape the isolation of rural parenting while providing fun learning opportunities for their babies, toddlers, preschoolers or kindergarten-aged children. Themed learning ‘stations’ are carefully planned with specific child-learning goals, or outcomes, in mind.
