Hot Boat Motor- Do You Have Clues?
OPP INVESTIGATING BOAT MOTOR THEFT !
Ontario Provincial Police are currently investigating the theft of a boat motor.
May 25, 2012, OPP were advised of the theft of a Mercury 9.9 horse power outboard motor from a residence on Laidlaw Drive in the former Bexley Township. The motor was last observed padlocked to a boat which was out of the water on rollers. The value of this item is $2400.
Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcs.caand submitting an anonymous tip online.
