Save Harold’s Heart! Local Man Needs Operation not Available in Canada

Who is Harold?

Reprint From: Save Harold’s Heart
Harold Williams, a 47 year old Special Education Teacher at Port Perry High School,  helps students with multiple learning and physical disabilities build the social and learning skills required to succeed in life.
In his free time, Harold is a storyteller and comedian, who entertains under the stage name Toki Wang. He is the cofounder of the Lakeland Storytellers in Lindsay. He tells stories in libraries and seniors homes. He is the official storyteller for the Lindsay Girl Guides. He has also worked with the Giggles Comedy Group to raise money for local charities. For the last year Harold has been unable to do these activities due to his poor health.

Harold was diagnosed in 2009 with Left Ventricular Cardiomyopathy . This means his heart muscle has been severely damaged.
Rather than get a heart transplant, Harold is working hard to save the heart he has. He wishes to go to a clinic in Germany to get Stem Cell Therapy. This therapy
converts his bone marrow cells into heart stem cells. These are injected into the heart muscle to repair the damage. This treatment has shown good success for Cardiomyopathy. Sadly, this treatment is not available in Canada. The treatment cost is $30,000.00.
Harold needs your help to raise the money to repair his broken heart. Any donations towards this stem cell therapy would be greatly appreciated.
