Regarding the release of a Photo of a person of interest in an investigation of an assault that occurred on the 26th of September 2011 on Brealey Dr. by SSFC. The subject of the photo has contacted police. Can all agencies that have posted the photo please remove it from your sites. Thank you for your assistance in the investigation and your cooperation.

Brealey Drive Assault Details
September 26, 2011,at approximately 12:30 am, a female was walking on BrealeyDrive in the area of St. Josephs at Fleming, in Peterborough. She was grabbed from behind by an unknown male, knocked to the ground, kicked in the stomach, then punched in the face. The female managed to get away, ran to a friend's residence nearby and called Police. The female was treated at the hospital for some bruising to her face and arms and was later released. The suspect is described as male, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black hooded sweater.
