Omemee Settlement Talk August 27 -Be There!
Following a series of presentations, workshops, and walking tours earlier this year, as well as extensive research and analysis, the municipality is ready to share vision statements for each community, key directions for the future, and maps illustrating what lands are being considered for development in the next 20 years.
The City of Kawartha Lakes is encouraging anyone with an interest in Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Omemee, and Woodville to participate at one of its five “Settlement Talks!” events. There will be a presentation about the work that has shaped the plans for each community and an opportunity for all citizens to provide comments to help improve the plans.
Citizens are encouraged to bring their friends, family and neighbours – all ages are encouraged to attend!
This is a free event and refreshments will be served.
