Ten Young Entrepreneurs Cruise Celebrating Success!

Local young entrepreneurs celebrate Summer Company Successes!

Another summer is flying by as KLSBEC and ten student entrepreneurs get ready to celebrate Summer Company 2012. This summer has been quite an education for our community's newest student business owner/operators. Each successful Summer Company student has learned how to research and write a business plan, market their products and services, meet the needs of their customers, as well as look after all their bookkeeping. In celebration of all the students' hard work and business success, Summer Company students enjoyed an afternoon of fun and relaxation aboard the Kawartha Spirit on Wednesday, August 22nd to wrap up their summer experience in style. It may be the end of Summer Company 2012 but many students still plan to carry-on their businesses next summer or on a part time basis while in school.
