Bethany Herbalist Reopens Seasonal Farm Gate Market
Saturday, May 10th, Franklin Farm Herbals and Market reopens for the season with the Rolling Hills Studio Tour.Jill Cockerell, a chartered herbalist will be doing demonstrations throughout the day, such as an oil and a vinegar infusion, or ointment making. Hours for the free Rolling Hills Studio Tour are 10-5 Saturday and Sunday.

Franklin Farm New Happenings
There are some exciting new things happening at Farnklin Farm Herbals and Market: New this year will be garden tours combined with a mini-course on herbal infusions, both oil and vinegar, tea blending, artisan bread making and how to make your own delicious ricotta cheese.This year they are also planting a small orchard: Asian pears, peaches, cherries, plums, plum cots, pears, as well as ground cherries. In a couple of years they will be offering their own fruits in addition to their tomatoes, peppers and lettuces, fresh cut herbs and corn.
