Five County Children's Centre -Omemee This Morning 07/04/12
Omemee This Morning welcomed Dave Adams,from Five Counties Children's Centre to our Mister Convenience studio. Dave shared how Five Counties Children's Centre helps families with children facing challenges right in our own communities. Each year Five Counties Children's Centre tries to raise suffient funds to take 450 more children off the waiting list.

Musicians Welcome! Omemee Jam ! Omemee This Morning- 6/28/12
Omemee This Morning welcomed James Ross into our Mr.Convenience Studio this morning where we chatted about his music,work and the upcoming jam session. James is back in the village after 16 years away. James is hoping lots of musicians will join him at the beach park on Saurday afternoon.
James, a roofer and home improver,has great memories of the friendly folks with whom he attended Omemee Pentecostal Church as a boy. He is happy to be back in town and looks forward to expanding his business to employ more local people. James shared a bit about how his life has come full circle,bringing him back to Omemee with a musical ministry,and with skilled trades. We are looking forward to welcoming James to our Mister Convenience studio as a regular guest.
We also discussed many Omemee Pioneer Days events in this episode, including the 'Omemee Remembers' live broadcast from 41 King St. W. on Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1st,2012.

Omemee This Morning welcomed Lucila Joy Cabanero-Hext to our Mister Convenience Studio. Joy, moved to Canada from the Phillipines, and has been sharing her joy at Omemee Christian Outreach,Monday evenings since moving to Omemee.

Omemee This Morning brings you events,weather and news each morning from our studio at Mister Conveniece,King Street East Omemee. this morning our special guests are Harry Peeters and John Popowich from Omemee Christian Outreach. Omemee Chistian Outreach is kicking off their summer season of Outreach on the Beach with a FREE BBQ ,Volleyball Tournament, Kids Games,Speakers,and music ,music, MUSIC! in addition to some of the familiar favourite artists,this event will feature something quite new- RAPPERS from Miami! Rappers JBEZ and Streets Salvation are also appearing at a FREE youth event tonite in Lindsay,At 30 Logie Street at the R.AV.EN. Canada Building. Omemee Outreach has arranged car pooling to meet at Bill's Pizza at 6;15 pm to help people get to the event.

Doug Montgomery- Music Notes -Omemee This Morning June 21,2012!
Omemee This Morning was very pleased Doug Montgomery was able to join us in our Mister Convenience studio for a few minutes following the Rise and Shine Morning Jam at Ruby's Roost Cafe. Doug has been instrumental in the musical careers of many local singers and musicians,including his grandson,who is winning top awards throughout North America.

Kim Mainprize Guest Co-Host Omemee This Morning - June 19,2012
Omemee This Morning welcomed Kim Mainprize of Kim's Kitchen Cooking to our studio at Omemee Mister Convenience. Kim chatted with us about the newly released "Big Miracle" available today for rental from Mr. Convenience at King Street East Omemee. Kim also brought information about a summer daycamp that runs on donations - Hope Valley Day Camp. Kim's children really enjoyed the camp last summer,and she brought camp forms to Mister Convenience for people wishing to enroll their children in this camp too. Hope Valley Day Camp even supplies bus transportation to the Camp from many locations including Lady Eaton School in Omemee.
Kim Mainprize just started a new blog: Kim's Kichen Cooking,where she will be sharing recipes, and cake decoraring ideas. Kim, a busy mum of 4, started cooking as a child with her grandmother,and shares her love of cooking with her children. Be sure to check out Kim's blog.
